Youth Commission News

We are off to a good start!  The “still-forming” Youth commission has just held its second activity for some of our synagogue young people.  Sunday at the Movies was fun for all who attended.  Many thanks go to Leslie Mechanic for organizing and running this activity.

The Youth Commission held its first meeting in November and immediately got involved in planning for Chanukah.  Look for this event on the 13^th of December.  We are still looking for parents to join our committee.  Are you interested sharing your ideas?  Would you like to get involved and run an event?  Get in touch with the synagogue office or with me (jab1004@comcast.net) to let us know of your interest.  Your participation in organizing, planning, and running our youth activities can only help to make us the success we hope to be!
